The "lawsuit" (3a10) is a more friendly way of a company clearing debt. A 3a10 versus that of let's say a CPN with a toxic finance company is something--when implemented correctly/carefully, such as this one as the multitude of documents made available to the public by the court docket reveal--that many legitimate operations have engaged in to assist them in pursuing their business endeavors. The proceedings are mandated by law.
