The only reason the company keeps up with filings is to preserve the illusion of an ongoing entity. BKEN and all of its former iterations are clearly the textbook definition of a shell. The piece of dog shit in China and his European ass licker partner will continue to re-invent this shell in whatever direction the wind blows. Yesterday it was gold, today it's the promise of oil, tomorrow it could very well be Ebola. It's all bullshit.
Why give them the opportunity to continue to steal? They took money from many people under the guise of a real business. This is not the first time. Why not return the favor? Taking away their shell by having the stock halted and turning Rick Wilson and company in to the SEC effectively takes their shell away from them thusly we take away future earnings from future scams. What better way is there to take your revenge on these criminal scumbags?
