I'm surprised actually. if Rick Wilson was a stick up robber that held up liquor stores and mom and pop convenience stores and you had the means of turning him in you are saying you are ok with letting him go on robbing people? I can't. By comparison Rick Wilson's crimes far outweigh a dime store thief in terms of total dollars stolen from people.
