You are taking what I wrote out context . 1/ I have no idea what involvement Gerald will have with this lobbying outfit in DC. It's why I am asking for clarification of what it entails . 2/ Remember, most of this takes place in D.C. where Bio is headquartered . I just find this news odd as Gerald has a fledgling company to run. Again, I think it's a legitimate concern to have because the PR explained absolutely nothing about how Gerald is going to juggle this while we await the launch of Lympro. 3/ So if Gerald comes out and states this won't take very much of his time, then that's fine with me. But you nor I know squat about what his involvement will be .
1/ Then why the concern over his time constraints then, other than only to brew negative sentiment? Do you actually believe you'll find an answer like that on a public message board? Can you not just have a bit if faith and realize it's most likely in the best interest of the Company? No one is saying throw caution to the wind either...
2/ Why is that a concern. Travel time? It has to be located somewhere, would you rather have them in Tulsa, OK? I don't see what the concern is of the location. Most importantly, if you actually looked at the sponsors of the Convention (and I believe it was already brought to your attention today), you will see big pharma exposure for GC to hob-knob with. Who in GC's position wouldn't want to be at the same location as Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Roche, just to name a few... To be on 3 of the Commitees is excellent exposure and a strong vote of confidence for GC as it was an elected position imho...check out the link of sponsors for the 2014 Convention below...

3/ As I stated in my previous message, GC could always allocate responsibility to any of his "BOD's/BOA's" for any pressing needs as every one of them are capable...
For an "expert", you have too many concerns that could be answered with very little "dot-connecting" if you will...
