I think JB did figure it out, but with the plastic procurement process being a problem, Heddle and John took it to a hole nether level with the engineering company.
And I think it is possible for a multiple of engineering companies worldwide to be engaged. Thinking Abengoa, Bechtel, and some other biggies may come on board.
The sharting scheisters may get a little come uppance.
