It would not surprise me if the NF facility was completely shut down and the Flagship Processor moved to the engineering company for evaluation and, possibly, further development.
JB couldn't figure out how to get it done. Heddle may Gabe decided to get some pros to try to finish the job.
Doesn't mean they'll be successful. And it will be expensive.
