No. Jason is guessing like anyone else. Sure, the FDA could write back to Amarantus to with questions for further clarification or let the company know that the are deficient with testing and need to run more tests. But as I wrote earlier, if 30 days go by and the FDA doesn't say a thing, the company can start preparing for P1 trials.
