This guy either has an agenda, or is a complete idiot. It has already been pointed out numerous times the LPC agreement funding happens at the request of Amarantus, not when LPC wants to fund. The 4 cent share price is a floor to protect LPC if the share price moves below 4 cents and the company requests funding. Both Blojobbi and Solantey continue to state incorrectly that LPC can grab all the shares they want at 4 cents, which is completely FALSE. Apparently these guys are complete idiots or they have trouble distinguishing FACTS from fantasy.

Why are some people persistently optimistic in the face of a disaster. The pps just went form 19+ cents to a low of mid 6 cents and WILL retest that level once again.
The bottom is wherever it is, but most certainly, there will be a re test of the mid 6 cent range, and it is very likely based on the ability of LPC to buy shares at 4 cents that they will want to do that, and they can do that if they choose to do it. Since it is in their best interest to buy as low as possible thinking that will NOT happen is not rational.
