I agree- Let's Git-Er-Done!!
Ensenada apparently doesnt even have a natural gas pipeline so they have to import it via the gas tankers i occasionally have posted pics of -so Ensenada could use the gas
and a pellet plant would probably be a good way to get around low iron prices and or they could build that beneficiation plant in CWRN's April 2012 PR
whatever it takes to get around the current low iron prices-
and i hope the mex govt gets the illegal mine problem cleared up so they stop penalizing all mexican iron miners and learn their own geography!
