Hey Brad.. I was just reading that experts think there is more shale gas in the Baja than all the rest of Mexico combined.. Lets dig a really, really deep iron ore test hole.. If there just happens to be natural gas under us it would be a piece of cake to get funding for natural gas wells, pellet plants, and maybe even a steel roll plant. I would bet my boots the car plants and Caterpillar in mainland Mexico would buy all the rolled steel you could produce, rather than having it shipped over from China.

There is a company from India building a new steel plant on the mine site near Nashwauk Minn, and the good grade ore up there, was cleaned out of that mine 35 years ago.. What do they know that we don't? You don't invest $2.4 billion on a steel plant in a crappy iron mine, if steel is going to stay next to worthless down the road..
