Ok, I think understand. The only reason I ask is to me the only agreement that I would like to see is with ICON. A spinoff and they a get a piece of L & N and we get to own at least 80% of the spinoff DX company.
Then we get to collect on every test ordered for as many BP as we can get. I don't believe we'll get a single buyout offer for L for the money we "should" get and what GC is willing to accept. Also, I don't trust a single BP. I want returns, but I also want tests to help patients and families down the road.
I don't not want a single JV with a single BP. But that's just me.
And maybe it a language barrier thing, but if you don't know what a JV should look like you might want to read a bit up on them and what the affects could be.
I have been MORE THAN LUCKY to have traveled throughout. Italy. Florence this time of year Is near heaven for me!!! For many years of my life, that would be the place I could live a blink of an eye. But now, Maui is more my path.
If we get the agreements I'm thinking about, I will buy you the Espresso!
