Honest question. Without who or what is at fault in us being where we are.
Whomever wants to answer I will read it...all except for 1 poster (I must be honest) , I see a lot of " we need" " I would like to see" "if only" followed by "A JV agreement"... With numbers from 15, 25,50,75, 100 million dollars.
I am just wondering how people see it playing out in terms of what "A JV agreement" would look like.
Or what some people would like to see. I'm always open to learning and am actually very interested in what peoples thought processes are.
I've said what I think or would like to see. Would like to read others. Thanks.
