I think Gerald speaks with his BOA / BOD quite frequently. Whether Gerald acts on advice or not is ultimately Gerald's decision. I refuse to go back to Friday here, but I again don't understand Gerald's thought process WRT setting shareholder shareprice valuation and appreciation - as well as interpreting Wall St. Psychology correctly on public information dissemination. It's utterly baffling to me.
