If they announce a spin out of the diagnostics division at some point in this story then it should help to minimize flip trades as shareholders would want to be on board for the payoff. The point is we likely know very little about what will actually happen. However, we do know 4 things what will happen in 2014 as communicated very clearly on Friday.
