I have no problems with the employment contract from a financial standpoint the salary is more than fair the bonuses are more than fair. The fact he deferred 50k is commendable. However realistically I do not think he will hit all 4 bonus milestones. That being said if all 4 are hit I do not think that will move the PPS where Id personally like to split from, so that's why I am a bit salty. IMHO I really thought it would be nice to see a split to the nasdaq after one traditional partnership for MANF and or Lympro. Now I am convinced we will see a split to uplist around .20 which for me is upsetting. I just feel we are sitting on enough positive potentials in the bag over the next year that splitting at that level is premature and in the long run will cause shareholders to lose potential value. No splitting to the NASDAQ at .20 is not the end of the world and perhaps would be followed by the announcement of a BP partner as planned to uplist from strength but is not how I would choose to do this. However, im just a small SH with 250k shares and understand it's not my boat to captain. AMBS long
