Wow, looks like the information posted after hours

Wow, looks like the information posted after hours has caused people to be pleased or pissed with the details of the 8-k. If I'm not mistaken, news about increasing the authorized shares to a billion also occurred after hours on a Friday and it allowed people to questons the motives and wisdom of what company leadership wanted to do. GC posted on his blog a day or two later the rationale behind the need for the increase and for the most part, that seemed to settle the natives. I feel confident that Friday's compensation / bonus / proposed timeline will do the same if people will chill for a couple days.
Personally, I am excited that he has the chance to load-up his wallet because if that happens, MY wallet becomes heavy --as will EVERYBODY that owns shares. What is it about going to the NAS and reaching the other goals listed is bad? Obviously things have to happen for that to take place, but it certainly seems that those helping to guide the direction are confident that it might just happen before EOY.
Rather than complain and act like Chicken Little for fear that Monday will bring about a dramatic fall in share price, I suggest we ALL remember that Monday is only 1 day, with 79 days till EOY for the company to accomplish the items reviewed and for GC to get his bonuses.
It is amazing that people here are like light bulbs -- one day they praise GC for the progress of what the company has done and the next, they are willing to take pot shots at him, his Father, the BOA and BOD. Do we forget that those people have one hell of alot more knowledge of what is happening than we do?? Spinoffs, uplisting, partnerships (# and with who), just to name a couple items that we have no idea the status. Either leave the light on or turn it off and move on .........
I have been invested in this company since Dec '12 and have 2.2 million shares. Have I always been happy with the way things have gone - absolutely not, but I see the BIG PICTURE and feel that the latest 8-k in an idication that the artwork is almost done to prove my decision to invest was a sound one. Not only will I and everyone here (well almost everyone) make money, but think of all the people around the world that will benefit from the science of what AMBS offers ................ and if you still begrude our CEO from getting a raise and a bonus for his efforts to help others, than look in the mirror and I feel that a very selfish individua will be looking back at you!!!!
Finally, I agree that the 8-k was the best of the 3 pieces of news shareholders received this week. Look forward to the next brushstroke of the BIG PICTURE being done. Who knows, it may turn out to be a MASTERPIECE....................
