Except he's renting so no mortgage ...I guess he would be evicted and live in the Sentra? Last I checked GC lives in a nicely landscaped bldg with reasonable rents for that part of CA. He lives across the street from a grungy auto repair shop, so not exactly ritzy waterfront digs for our penny CEO.
