My AMBS investment was worth $1.3M a couple of months ago. It's now worth about $600K. You don't see me pissed off at management for mismanaging my investment. It's my job to manage my investment, and their job to run the company and achieve their strategic goals, which in my view they are doing very well. Nothing in my view has changed with this company. They continue to move forward and I know in my heart and mind the share price will at some point match the real value of this company. Since I truly have a long-term outlook, I don't fret over every new development like Gerald's employment contract being announced on the 3-year anniversary of his initial contract. You don't set goals and award compensation after those goals are already met. And $225K+ is certainly reasonable for a biotech CEO in CA whose company is within 3 months of starting to generate tens to hundreds of millions in revenue per year.
The share price is what it is. Some here believe Gerald controls the share price or should be trying to control it. I'm sure those same people fall for the politicians promises of creating jobs, when in reality it's mainly small businesses that create jobs when the business environment is right for them to do so.
Thanks for your kind words.
