Quote:Dave, if the uplist doesn't occur by the end of the year, it's not "heaven help us all", it's just going to take longer to reach the correct point to uplist. And yes, I agree there will be much bragging by the same hypocrites who were very critical of many of the moves this brilliant CEO made along the way to our success, all the while patting themselves on the back for their steady, rock solid confidence in our brilliant CEO.
If Gerald succeeds in the next 3 or 4 months and we reach .25 cents or more, RS, up list, launch Lympro, we'll all be bragging about having discovered this brilliant CEO.
But if he doesn't....heaven help us all.
Gerald stated in his September 18 blog:
Quote:Again, the goal is to uplist by end of 2014. If it gets delayed, I know a lot of posters here will be crying like babies, but it's certainly not going to be the demise of the company. As long as things continue to move forward, I'm fine with uplisting when conditions are right, not just to meet some arbitrary goal, especially if it involves a sizable RS.
With that being said, we recognize that it is not optimal to up list from a position of weakness, and therefore we will only consider an up list from a position of strength while the Company is making good progress in the market. We believe the milestones we’ve outlined above – for the end of 2014 alone – will put us in that position. However, if we do not believe we have achieved sufficient shareholder value creation, we will consider delaying the up list until such time as the market recognizes our true value.
