I'm ok if he preforms however I would hope up listing just to up list for a salary increase is not an option. I also believe up listing at .20 would be disservice to the SH's. I agree with JP poor timing. Also wonder if uplist will be rushed now premature with a larger split then would or should be needed. Dave you can throw Feb out the Window imo
