Hi Aimee,
Either Gerald has a LymPro BP JV Agreement in hand - or he has very questionable timing to issue this filing now.
IMHO, to issue this with no current revenue on the books and on the back of 1-Bil. AS count increase is simply not good economics, and not shareholder respectful or friendly.
I sure hope Gerald has news on Monday morning...........I'm all for AMBS and the team, I get how long GC and John have been at this, and how much of their life blood is on the line here, but I'm not for it having been done this way..........IMHO, it would have been better after announcing sustainable revenue generating contracts.
