It may seem arrogant for the company to increase the authorized shares by a billion and for Gerald to announce his new comp package when the pps is floundering at .087 cents, but I frankly think it's a good sign. They probably wouldn't have done these things unless they knew big things were on the way. It would make them look bad.
Now if we are still floundering below .10 cents come February, then some of those clauses in Gerald's contract about him not being here any more might take on new significance.
Don't be surprised if we get some good concrete news regarding ICON in October that increases our value.
