Since 9/29 we have seen an orchestrated sell off that IMO
Since 9/29 we have seen an orchestrated sell off that IMO is intended to drive PPS down prior to license. Ask yourself this, who stands to gain the most? Is it large shareholders holding millions of shares, groups of large shareholders?, maybe a creative share buyback "program"? Who really knows , but look at it this way (from a math perspective) 1 billion is 1000 million and 3.5 billion is 3,500 million. If you consider the float size, that is a huge quantity of shares and when a relatively small quantity is traded on a daily basis it is easy to see how this stock could possibly be manipulated. For shareholders who are watching as the CEO and key people are selling millions of shares this does not do much to create shareholders confidence. I certainly understand recovering capital investment or using proceeds to grow the company but where does it show up in the unaudited financials? Why is there the need to sell millions of shares?
Has anyone noticed that no real significant news has been coming out in recent months. A possible deal with war torn Ukraine ? How about a merger update, audited financials, BOD updates.Where are we with regards to these?
Meanwhile, there are questions on a possible Las Vegas MMJ application. And if an application was filed then who filed it and why? Does this indicate a movement away from FITX by the CEO?
I, like many shareholders think the Lakeshore concerns from a legal standpoint as it relates to an HC license being issued is really a non-issue and that license will in fact be issued.
The stock is either being manipulated prior to license or no license will be issued and shares are being dumped.
The above are just observations and opinions. I do think the license will be issued and that price action is being manipulated by large block shareholders prior to license. Again, just my opinions here. Personally, I will wait and buy when PPS drops to mid to high .03 range
I have stated many times that I plan for 5 years and my strategy is to accumulate on dips.I absolutely do not recommend that any shareholder sell any shares and buy back at lower pricing. I do not do that myself and do not suggest anyone else to do it either. Please do your own DD and do not depend on any of my opinions or analysis at any time. Again, I am not selling any shares and will accumulate as PPS drops.
