In the beginning, when I chose to buy a penny stock, and in particular one of the pinks, at the lowest level, I knew they did not have to disclose much in the way of audit, or, just disclosure period, and that the law protected them on that fact. The law states that very clearly.
That said, I bought the stock anyway, based on my own DD. I realized that a lot of what I was doing was faith based, and high risk, as I would not be able to get information in the same way I could in higher exchanges. Now, that being true, I also realized that it would be easy, with only partial information forthcoming, that some could take advantage to bash a number of issues based on the lack of clarity that the company is not obliged to give if they have their own reasons for not doing so. Which, does not automatically mean that they are up to no good. Again, it comes down to DD.
I have made money with my choices and have lost money with my choices, but, they we're my choices. I now own this stock, and that is my choice based on my own DD as well as the DD of others which I made the effort to verify with all due respect.
To complain about the lack of information you have, or, are getting should make you wonder why you are in any stock that you know going in that you will not get the information, except, as the company chooses to dole out. That is just the facts of it.
I too wish I knew more, just like many others. But, I do know what I do know, and that is why I am here, and will remain here until proven otherwise. Never put in more than you are willing to loose.
