2013 debt shares (convertible in August 2014) is now selling after waiting for
something to sell into and grew impatient when it didn't arrive.
Someone with L3 is selling. That much is clear. They were selling shares into
the bid that L2 didn't show. So either they were pre-arranged open market
trades or they were a large shareholder using a Market Maker to dump their
allotment.
Either way, no dilution and the technical indicators are looking for a reason to
start turning back up again. Unfortunately, those indicators don't work without
a catalyst. The only thing that will make this bounce is news from the company
who hasn't been heard from in awhile.
Good news is, Rick released a PR for ICBU recently. Looks like he is still alive.
