No visible dilution in L2 for many many weeks now.
More like retail capitulation and now an extremely oversold chart ready for a technical bounce before news.
Restriction on new debt shares are only due in Jan/2015 according to filings.
Last debt shares (August) mostly likely allready in market float.
Company has been very silent lately...
Quiet period ?
We are back to where it all started 10 months ago...
Look at the explosion then from .001x to .095
