warning long post "satisfied and silent" is not
Post# of 96879
"satisfied and silent" is not price dependent. it is company dependent. either the company is adding money into your bank account (by their actions. on a regular basis) or they aren't (if ur long, long)
if you think they aren't, get out. simple
good advice. like it or not. it's indisputable advice
if they're adding value. according to the business markets. analysis. research of each. the payoff will be magnificent
regardless of the games. stocks are manipulated for various reasons. perhaps its time to stop pointing fingers. blaming others. and get to understanding why that is
btw. i say price is "company dependent" b/z u claim to be holding your shares (long, long). if you were flipping, trading, shorting (going long a short) it would be diff. whatever your strategy, you are going to view the exact same events differently. events influence a position. horizon. people. psychology. emotions. all can impact or influence a position
i don't care what position someone has. a good stock will show itself over time. a bad stock will do likewise. so whichever side of a position a person takes is immaterial
going short then bashing a stock. flipping then bad-mouthing. that's just not me. but they are VALID investment strategies. why? they work. people employ them. done every single damn day of the week. day and night. weekends too
it is why it is so ludicrous and asinine for people to be dependent on boards for their knowledge and education. you don't know anyone's investment strategy. so how can you interpret their commentary?
look. some think i am being a hard ass. i am trying to help! i just don't sugar-coat. those are the "a, b, c's" of me
if you are long the stock you have one job. dogged research. are they moving along in the direction that creates value for your shares or not? if they are then you wait. the market will correct (it could take a year or more. i have seen it. but it will reflect corporate actions). what you saw last year was momentum taking the value in the other direction (overvalued the stock). that happens. it isn't any one persons doing
now the stock may be over-correcting in the other direction. others might think it still overvalued. that's the beauty of the market. everyone (like a-holes) has an opinion. i suggest you start learning what matters to your position to form your own. your investing life will be less frustrating that way
but regardless of all this. you can't time markets. and idiots blaming the company for the pps are just that. idiots and clueless. the company controls little whereas shares are concerned. and they would be very very wrong to focus on it (despite the misguided clamoring)
so far i give ntek credit. the company keeps going after the business. they aren't placating underwater longs. nor trying to support shorts. they are building their business. in my experience, that is the sign of exceptional management
they aren't wasting their time
they are smart. focused. experienced enough to control what they can. that's the product. that's the roll-out. no one can argue that they aren't improving the products in every way. no one
if you disagree, then why are you long?
and no one can argue they're not hard-working. what the hell else can you ask for from a penny stock management team? this is the best i have ever seen. been investing over a decade
finally. getting back to what i said earlier. if you spent your hard-earned energy (money) buying shares. why take your time. energy. opportunity cost. and beat up your investment (energy, money, shares)????
does anyone get that? like me or hate me. do you get how dumb-ass that is? i don't care if you pump the stock. dump it. short it. do nothing. your money. your call. but why would someone take their frustrations out on their own money they put to work for them? seems hateful. a mystery to me personally
it is illogical. and why some people prolly flag or remove posts. not because anyone is "rah, rah". but b/z others are sick of hearing about it. wondering about agendas. maybe protecting their own "long position". which makes sense
i think that's natural. normal. there should be no cynicism about looking after your own. money. family. investment. future
so i don't view my posts as "pumps". if i don't have something constructive to say, i shut my pie-hole! the day you don't see me here anymore, you'll know i sold. simple
until then
i don't censor posts. i delete posting violations whenever i come across them. as anyone can see i don't "live" here. no mod gets paid. take my opinion or don't. your call. i may be rough around the edges, but i don't mince words. and i don't blame others for the performance of my investment. and i sure as hell don't crap on my own money either. take it for what its worth. just another a-h's opinion
my posts get deleted too. never claimed to be perfect
