this warning is openly posted by otc on nnlx and every no info stock
this is one of the reasons why shorting cartels target no info stocks -they falsely shout insider info to sec or threaten longs w the same as has happened to me -another real life experienc e
because sec brokers otc dtc dtc are trying to eliminate no info stocks -so once otc slaps the ce they all join in as happened w that other co real life story and countless others-not some fable i made up
otc is very active in changing the penny environment
in 2009 otcqb didnt even exist- was called full reporting -otcqx was just opened in 2009
new rules for otcqb are now forcing some sec reporting co's to current pink as otc continually raises the bar
no info cos are being forced out, as are subpennies-which is why otc uses any excuse whatsoever to slap a ce to force co to upgrade to current
