nobody has any excuse because they have amply been warned openly by otc re this policy -they dont think any co should be below current and are using these policies and a political green light to force co's to upgrade to current
the co i was in didnt have any promo whatsoever anywhere near the time a ce was slapped - it had been 2 years since a promo- otc doesnt care-they force such co' s to upgrade to current -they are not allowed to return to no info or even limited info
