True. There are unscrupulous characters out there that won't be named (one being Solantey and his myriad user names) that continue to give false representation of the newly authorized shares. He would like you to think they are floated shares but they aren't. I think most people are smart enough to realize most of these hucksters are manipulators and ignore them.
