Labstyle Innov. is a poor example for the point you're trying to make. I'm glad I sold DRIO early in the year for only a 10% loss. They have an interesting product with lousy execution.
RS with strong fundamentals is a positive thing for shareholders. Pick a better example.
Now why don't I trust message board "expert"s more than I do? I know I really should...

Not sure what 1-for-5 R/S really does for $DRIO. Takes FD number to 31M and stock price to ~$0.50. Still long way from uplist.

@DRIO is the perfect example of how bad management decisions can ruin a company. That said, at $4.5M Mcap I expect a bounce in the shares.
