To be succinct, I never complained about my investment in AMBS. I have never complained about the science. Anyone who has a smidgen of reading comprehension knows that I think Gerald isn't CEO caliber because he lacks the experience in knowing how to run a company, let alone a biotech company. The only reason why he is running it is because of his Dad. Do you really think if Gerald left the company today that another biotech would come running to hire him as a CEO? Gerald is fortunate to have seasoned vets around him to help advise him and run the company. Anyone with an ounce of intellectual honesty understands that. Gerald has been fast and loose in saying or writing things that haven't materialized. His and the company's handling of the lympro data back in July was atrocious. They knew long before the July 30th disastrous PR that the trial was way behind yet they waited until the day before the conference to tell us. And then he waited about a month later to explain why that happened. Sorry man, but that's as clear as you can get to the company completely lying to its shareholders. It also proved Gerald and his staff do not know how to manage a crisis. The most crucial thing is to get out in front of it when they first knew what was going on (which we still and never will find out when the company first knew the trial would not be complete).
If you were an expert, you'd know this. But of course you aren't and that explains your hissy fit.
But let's look forward. We now have on record more words by Gerald. We are to expect data this coming week. Hopefully it will be decent to good data and will start bringing back some enthusiasm. The company has laid out it's plan for the rest of the year and the assumptions are that what ever news comes out will help build the share price so that it can up list. That's not my words, that's Gerald's.
What is a shame is that we now live in a world that no one is ever held accountable. It is now acceptable to make excuses and pass the buck, from the President on down.
