You and Biotechexpert are like football fans that always want to run the coach out of town when things aren't going well, but never give him any credit when things do go well.
Is this company in a better position today, regardless of current share price, than it was when GC took over as CEO? That's really the only way to judge his tenure as CEO. You can claim another CEO may have done better during that time, but you really have no evidence to back that up.
