All are welcome to attend the open house. They want as large of an audience, including shareholders as possible. The open house was moved because they didn't have the license yet. If the company is worried about a mob showing up, and the windmills were that big of an issue, it wouldn't have been delayed by a month. The mob would have been bitching about windmills.
It was obviously delayed because a key segment of the open house wasn't going to be available. Hint: it's not pissed of Lakeshore residents
