Just because they (someone in the town) say they're empty doesn't mean they're empty. Where have you been? Have you not followed the vault, the construction, the grow rooms, the grow lights? Empty? How would they be conducting employee training in empty buildings?

Really, man, use some commons sense, and go back over posts and news. That is an entirely silly position.
