This might have been posted already (worked til late today and haven't had a chance to check board).
There were differences in the new financials.
The key difference: "CEN Biotech, Inc. is a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. who owns 75% of CEN Biotech, Inc. " instead of "CEN Biotech, Inc. is a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. who owns 89.90% of CEN Biotech (20 North Rear Rd., Lakeshore, Ontario, Inc. which was established on August 4, 2013 for the sole purpose of applying to obtain a license to produce and supply medical marihuana under the new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulation (MMPR) in Canada. CEN Biotech II Inc. is a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. who owns 51.0% of CEN Biotech II "
Another difference is that the company no longer claims to own 25 acres (see page 6, item 7):
OLD: "Ownership of a 25 acre site with a home and 2 Steel structures. (Lakeshore, Ontario)"
NEW: not there
The quarterly report filed today is in conflict with the financial statements, as it indicates 3.479 billion shares while the report from 8/26 shows 3.468 billion shares.
