Interesting that the attorney who requested the council to delay the license stated, that should the license be granted within the next 30 days that the share price would rise enough to enable Cen Bio
to hire the kind of legal team that would be near impossible to stop. (or something to that effect) There is no question that he is wanting to influence the flow of money into FITX, and has initiated action to do just that. I understand the policy and regulatory efforts, but to try to stop the license to effect the share price should be enough to get the chairman of the board to crack his knuckles.
