The company built with a nice shake from the mayor and support from others in council back in the day and passed all inspections to keep building. And now that the changes from HC is all set and salved ,It is the waiting game. For others trying to be a HC provider good luck!! you need alot cash to get to were we are now and to pass the HC new rules. All sit back and enjoy a cold one .
