The bottom line is I don't think the pps will be high enough until January or February for Gerald to pull the trigger on up listing. I would think .20 cents would be a minimum and .30 cents would be preferable so that the RS is not too large.
LymPro Commercialization and the Elto Trial won't really get underway until mid January. To get back an answer from the FDA on MANF orphans before January is unrealistic. And to effect a diagnostic spin off and do some "financial engineering" in 2014, when most of the other catalysts won't kick in until January, is unlikely.
Gerald said that all his milestones for 2014 were still on target. What I think he meant was: It's not likely they will happen in 2014, but they could. Gerry's words can't be taken at face value anymore, they must be interpreted.
