IMO CenBio may not have been aware of these last minute concerns as they have been building their site out for some time. They have complied w/local zoning laws while building to HC requirements. Yes HC changed some requirements which IMO is a good thing over all for the future of the MMPR program going forward. I'm glad CenBio has been compliant, as well as adding an additional open house for citizens to be educated.
