Perhaps, but at what point do people take responsibility for themselves, all information was publicly available, they only depend on information from town meetings and IF FITX shows up? They are adults, you can only hold someones hand so long until you need to let go to get to work. CEN probably didn't coddle enough and talk in simple terms, they just spoke straight to the point. I just call BS when after all year, and the town being on board, a few towns people are requesting a hold and then the Mayor saying "I have no idea what they are doing in there!" When he was sitting in on meetings (video proof) with them telling them. Out of nowhere just before license, they scream "WAAAIT!!!!!" Uh uh, I think they just found out once licensed, it is federal and the town has zero say at that point and want control. To bad. It was all explained. People need to take responsibility as an adult, any judge would tell you that in 2 seconds.
