And that is where I remember reading where one of the councilmen said to the others to "tread lightly" on the matter, knowing FITX has done everything right, there is tons of paper work showing and video showing and Bill attending council meetings showing everything was known and approved, now come election time, it is all very suspect indeed. That council member was right, he/she knows this would last 5 minutes in court if FITX decided to go after them. What they need to realize...like NOW, Bill and Co. do not want that, some citizens have concerns who in my opinion are asking to little to late. Bill WANTS the town to come and ask questions, he WANTS their minds at ease, he WANTS to be a good neighbor and bring in jobs. They should be kissing his feet for his approach to all this, most companies would unleash the lawyer hounds.

I just want to hear the council simply say what I THINK they are trying (and failing) to say.

"We have a few citizens who never watch the news or pay attention to things going on around them or with the city, over a breakfast at the local Denny's Bob and Marge found out about it and is curious and wants peace of mind, we apologize for the delay. Please understand it is re-election time and in a town this small, we need all votes from all citizens, even the pesky ones who never care about anything until now. Yes we realize you have more lawyers overseeing all legal matters than we have citizens, and yes we spent 10 seconds to google and confirm everything to know we literally cannot do anything. Thank you for being a good neighbor and bringing much needed jobs to the area on a new industry worth many Billions and our town the global epicenter."
