IMO, I think that was a plan that was being worked.. Just think, for 3 or 4 residents to make such an issue when this project has been going on since January and so close to getting approval. In addition, the news coverage was pretty big. Then, you have a "lawyer" recommending to delay the HC license for a few months.. A motion is passed very quickly to send a letter to HC. Then, a "lawyer" representing this very small group gets such a forum. This was pre-planned; however, I really believe that it will blow up on the council. They (the mayor) was caught in lies. The council can't remember back to July... Part of the council even asked Bill and team in to start up a business.

This thing smells very bad - for the council. A good investigative reporter would have a field day with this one - IMO..
