Management has only spoken of a pre-approved up listing concurrent with a reverse split. This isn't a merger so I do not see it taking longer than 1 day as it will most likely be effective immediately.

I am just pointing out that your scenario directly contradicts what management has spoken of. I wouldn't classify that as evil speaking, just hogwash.
