My take on the pr and the comments about a resolution being sent electronically is this, if it's something in the electrical wiring then have a licensed contractor send us a note that indeed the deficiency was taken care of signed by ________and that should be sufficient. Maybe at one time they sent an inspector for every little detail and now know that they can't do that because of the work load so they are trusting in the local professionals to act on their behalf.
Not worried one bit, this is a done deal, obviously there will be some grandstanding by local political parties but that's all it'll be, it's over, license will be issued!
