Mitchell, I have been a licensed builder for 26 years and have built over a 100 homes, there are plenty of times that I had fixed issues that were approved electronically. We do not know what the issue was but we know it was fixed and sent to HC, according to the letter. My simple point is, it very well could happen. Hang in there.
