It doesn't matter cleaning anything up or saying please...Once you mentioned their name(whazzup) that person will toss a TOS at you,with the length of your post,only makes it worse.....It doesn't pay to be nice to these people,and explain ANYTHING,they don't care.This case is way past all of that..

Wrong,Dimension,Inc/the defendants have/has no customers,no revenue,no loi's no office etc...On the other hand TMMI and Raytheon are partners etc,ALSO write about TRUDEF....Keep it short and sweet....
See the differenceThe company or their stock is fair game,and since they have no stock,only attack the company...Everytime we mention their name,no matter how nice you want to be,they will knock you down every chance they get....
use one or four lines and that's all...
SCREW THEM ,they are assholes,that will lose in the end..
Get in and Get out!!.Make it quick and to the point really spoils their efforts......
This case will be won in the court by TMMI,lets win it on the message boards with only positive quotes,you'll see,they'll really hate that news about TMMI with bits and pieces from tmmi.us and ray dirks report...
There's plenty of ammo/ ammunition for us to use......
One last thought,ONLY POST as NEW if you do answer their post and it does get deleted,that's an automatic deletion.I also learned that the hard way.They(admins) will delete both posts,just because....
