This is such BS....I cleaned the pst up so it could not in any way be construed as a personal attack, and they deleted it---no readon.....just says Admin and under that it says Delete.
So now I guess they are just deleting us without even stating a reason thses aholes. Take a look beelow at the rewritten version;

Stock

raython not customer not pay TMM anything not buy license no revenue nothing real customer pay money raython deal just total fluff read financials tmm have no customer no revenue nothing! Except go to Vegas next year beg for money present nothing just stolen software they no understand?

Please Mr. Wazzup everything will come out OK.......... from what I can gather from your words above, you sound upset, and it seems you are genuinely concerned with TMMI.....about the company's future that is, and want it to do well
which we all do, but please be patient and good things will happen shortly----very shortly, and the company will do just fine. I will explain:

You see my friend, Raytheon was not a customer, it was a PARTNERSHIP to split research expenses for TRUDEF development in the ISR sector. So please don't let it worry you that it is not yet producing revenue---it wasn't set up to do that initially. Now, what that partnership develops----TRUDEF FOR ISR---- will produce revenue---millions, so that is covered.
You see Raytheon is not yet a customer---it's a joint research partner, but I can assure you Raytheon is very impressed and interested in TRUDEF for ISR so please don't worry---these things always seem to take a little time.
I have read the financials, and here again, no need for concern.........TMMI is very well run and managed with world class advisors, so I wouldn't be concerned and shortsighted about the financials
this is a work of art in progress so if you think of it that way, you will realize that R&D takes time.
As for stolen software, if you read my previous post # 11493, you will see that you should have no concerns about what some on here have said...... I believe that I have proven that DFI OWNED THE CODEC AND SOURCE CODE THAT IT PURCHASED FROM ITERATED SYSTEMS----NOT DFMI WHICH DID EXIST AT ONE TIME, BUT NEVER LEGALLY MERGED WITH DFI, AND UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T SURVIVE THE SHADY GOINGS ON BACK THEN. The shadowy company DFMI never really owned anything, and even though it was intended to replace DFI, it never did, and that can be shown from the minutes, agenda and notes of people actually at the DFMI stockholder's meeting in 2000. IN FACT ON THE AGENDA, one of the items listed WAS TO CHANGE DFI'S NAME TO DFMI'S (now what was that all about)???? Wow, Mr Wazzup, what a shady mess all that was!!!

So again, no need to worry about what TMMI legally owns because when it aquired DFI, DFI still owned everything. In March 1993, TMMI paid for an exclusive, perpetual, non-transferrable world-wide license to fractal video compression source code (VDK 1.0-1.9) from Iterated Systems, Inc. ("ISI". Such license was for ISI's software based on ISI's fractal video compression technology reflecting ISI's more than two dozen issued patents involving the technology.
In March 2000, DFI and ISI entered into a license agreement by which DFI was granted an exclusive license to use and develop the PVS/SGI (VDK 2.0) source code. Such fully-paid license was exclusive to DFI in accordance with its terms. DFI was acquired by TMMI pursuant to a stock exchange transaction dated June 8, 2012.
Now what happened was that some of the defendants stole an early version of the fractal video compression technology from a protected computer in or about 2002. They were pretty mad about the earlier DFMI DEBACLE, and didn't like Mr. Simpson at all so they did what they did which was not legal, so please don't worry about stolen software.....it is proven that DFI owned the software before DFMI's existence, and since there never was a legal merger----OH well. A jury will confirm all this in time.
As for the little Vegas show next year, well you know, the company wants to become better known, they do not need to beg for capital because they have millions waiting on the sidelines...... true believer who want to invest in the future.
So, I wouldn't worry about Raytheon or contracts, revenue, licenses, and software since it is all well documented that the software TRUDEF is owned by TMMI---the future of TMMI IS VERY BRIGHT IMHO, and I would be a buyer at these levels sir.

The lawsuit concerns TMMI's fractal video compression technology and defendants' misappropriation of that technology.
