Just to make sure there is no confusion, are you suggesting other sites publish the FINRA documented short sales faster than FINRA does? If so I would sure love to know how? My understanding is FINRA compiles those numbers daily based on reports filed with them after each trading day's close. How could nasdaqtrader.com publish information compiled by FINRA before FINRA publishes it? Looking forward to your explanation . Go PTOI!!!
As a follow up question, do you think FINRA knows that their information is being published long before they publish it? Since I have documented evidence of same should I inform them?
