Based upon a simple search, it appears to me that there are 3rd-party, proprietary sites and systems which provide allegedly faster and more efficient access to data (or so the companies peddling such systems claim).
As an example: www.nasdaqtrader.com
And yes, despite the name, they provide OTC/FINRA data.
Sometimes I wonder about the competency of some folks that seem to spend a relatively large amount of time on these types of sites, and yet still don't seem willing or able to at least make an effort to look into certain things?
